Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Perfect for planned seasonal purchases like winter boots

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want your children to love their new boots as much as you love shopping with us. If you need to make a return or exchange, here’s our parent-tested process:

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baby Boots showing signs of wear
  • Kids’ Insulated Rain Boots with removed tags
  • Any footwear that has been worn outdoors

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
