At Shoesberry Store, we want your little ones to be as happy with their new boots as you are with your shopping experience. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process simple and parent-friendly.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain seasonal items may have different return windows (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Baby Boots that show signs of wear
  • Kids’ Insulated Rain Boots with removed tags
  • All footwear that has been worn outdoors

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Wyoming-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or different style requests:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new items once we receive the return

If the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (like baby winter boots with manufacturing flaws):
